  Worst Hungry Jacks in Australia. Order a Coffee, told machine is broken - it was broken 3 weeks ago & 2 months & on many previous occasions. Tables are sticky, floors are dirty, service is slow & sloppy. Wait in queue, serve one customer then stop serving for 5 mins then serve 1 customer & stop serving again - this is so the till (head office) makes it look like they are efficient - & customers are being served quickly - in reality add 10 mins to cook times.

  My local hungry jacks, after 14 years of going once per month this is my last. IT IS NOW SIMPLY THE WORST HUNGRY JACKS IN AUSTRALIA, I HAVE TRAVELLED ALL STATES HAD SOME BAD, BUT NEVER ENCOUNTERED WORSE ONE. always the quietest, and surprisingly one of the largest hungry jacks in Brisbane. Every single table, (in the largest hungry jacks in Brisbane) about 20 tables had used food trays on it, even the tables outside. Flies hanging around. The oldest staff member about 19 joking with all the 14 and 15 year olds staff members, they were jokingly throwing hot chips at eachother at one point, while I was standing right there in front of them, worse yet the manager instigated it! Once more when I was standing back looking at the menu, instead of the usual person standing at the register staring at me waiting to make my decision, there was no one, they were almost oblivious to me being there. The floors looked like they haven't met a mop in a week.
  
  The Men's toilets smell worse than a newell highway long drop, like urine like somebody has peed all over the walls and they've never bothered to clean it. Or something died, one of the two.
  
  I have not a single nice thing to say about this place and the Indian girl has such an attitude! And they should know who it is because there's only one there matching that description.
  
  I am a long time hungry jacks fan. My parents took me my first time twenty years ago when it was still called Burger King.
  
  But this place is an absolute joke.... to say the least. An absolute joke!
  
  And the hungry jacks on-hand management is an absolute joke for not making sure everything is done correctly.
  The owner of this store is an absolute joke for not renovating this place. Or even repairing it properly.
  And the hungry jacks head office is an absolute joke for letting this all happen.
  
  And letting it happen in an upper class neighbourhood.
  
  Shame.
